They have a white satin "band" around the elastic at the top, along with a satin double bow, ribbon strands, and flower. Two double strands of white "pearls" dangle down from the flower to complete the stunning look. They stretch to approximately 22 inches for a one-size-fits-most fit. *We do have a small number of ivory wedding garters in stock, so just let us know if you'd prefer ivory.
